WASTEMASTER TSF 1 is a combined system for separation of solids present in effluents, as well as compacting and de-watering of the extracted solids.
The WASTEMASTER TSF 1 is designed to be fed by a pump or by gravity. The suspended solids are retained by the screen, increasing the liquid level in the front part of the screen.

Suspended solids are retained by a screen which increases the liquid level in the front part of the screen. After a certain liquid level has been reached the screw starts operating, cleaning the screen by means of brushes fixed on the outer part of the spiral, thus removing solid material, subsequently de-watering and compacting it.
The machine consists of the following parts:
- Screen
- Conveyor screw
- Compactor
A conveyor screw consists of a shaftless spiral which collects the solids from the bottom of the screen conveying them without any risk of clogging.
A compactor in the upper part is equipped with a washing section in which organic fractions are degreased. The compactor uses the conveyor screw for compacting and de-watering of the screenings.
